Kingston Blues hits again, loyal to their roots displaying a rich sound mix. The ingredients: blues, rock, funk, soul, reggae, ska and jazz.

“Crazy World” is a collection of five musical pills, with the only intention to transport us to another parallel world, and to put us away through a musical trip from our own reality, our “crazy world”, although only for some moments.

After turbulent and difficult times passed by the Kingston Blues, where different adverse situations do not allow us to continue and keep going with our creative work, finally we´ve been able to finish our small work, carry on a logical and evolutionary way with the path drawn on our previous EP Sailin'.

We want to thank because of their invaluable collaboration to Jorge L. Cid, Jesús Carrillo y Pilar Bello, and also to the guys of Grabaciones Sumergidas. Of course we want to specially dedicate this work to the memory of our mate and great drummer Fernando Cañas.

Kingston Blues was founded in Cadiz by Ollie, Jose and Alberto in November 2010.

The founding members of the band met in the jazz school of the University of Cadiz. They decided to merge their passion for music and particularly Reggea, Jazz and Blues into a unique style influenced by Soul, Funk, Rithm and Blues, Rock, Ska etc ... more
